Rental Fee and Formats

Lists consist of named individuals – physicians, surgeons, academics and researchers – working in all areas of medicine and science worldwide. They can be supplied for either postal or email campaigns. Different rental rates apply for each.

Lists are continuously updated and clients are Credited / Refunded for “Returns” / “Gone-aways” received.

A summary of lists is shown on the right. Should you wish to use related lists for the same campaign, please let us know so that the lists can be deduplicated to remove any possible overlap.

Can’t see the list you need? We may still be able to help by selecting individuals with a stated interest in the field you wish to target.

Postal data: £125 per 1000 names & addresses.
ASCII comma delimited text, CSV, Fixed Field, Excel format
Pressure Sensitive labels.

Email data: £169 per 1000 names & email addresses. Email Set-up & Report: £25 (using supplied html/text. We do not offer a design service)
Transmission cost: £0.025 per email transmitted.
Deliverability c95% and we credit/refund for bounces/failures.
Data is only supplied for promotions of academic / professional interest. Emails are for individuals at work addresses.

Options

No charge for adding a marketing code “keycode” to each record or label.
No charge for random “nth” name selections or flagging for future exclusion.

Delivery
Lists are delivered free of charge within three working days. A charge for courier delivery, where requested, will be made.

Returns / Gone-aways
Your account will be credited for any Returns / Gone-aways you receive.
