Please remember to provide as much detail of your promotion such as publication title, product name and the URL, if known. This will enable us to make the best selection possible for your forthcoming email campaign.

Orders are normally completed and the campaign sent/scheduled within three working days. However, if you have an urgent deadline, we will do our best to meet it. If you come to place an order, we will need the following:
- The completed email-optimised HTML (we do not offer a design service)
- The subject line you want to use
- Sender name & email address
- Reply to address (usually the same as above, for replies)
You will be then sent a test message to approve before we send the emailing. You will be included so that you receive a copy of the campaign.
You will receive a report once activity has settled.
You will be invoiced once the campaign has been completed and report generated. Hard bounces are deducted. We may require pre-payment from new clients depending on the quantity of data you wish to order.
